Do not erase a property from your list just because it has a lot of minor repairs. It is more cost-effective to pay for the cracks or broken door hinges rather than purchasing a newly constructed property investment.

It is not also the insides of the house that matter. You should also inspect the outer part of the home as well including the garage, the backyard, trees, and the like. Remember that all things that are part of the property may affect its value.
